Rules & Guidelines

All Conference Center rules must be strictly followed. Everyone is required to remain on the convention grounds for the entire period. No exceptions will be allowed!

Items to Bring!

  • Bible
  • Agpeya
  • Notepad and pen
  • Head scarf (for girls)
  • Tonias (for deacons)
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Your sense of adventure and fun!

General:

  • BE ON TIME, ESPECIALLY FOR PRAYERS AND LITURGY.
  • Bring all your competitive and inquisitive energy to the meeting.
  • Do not be shy from asking difficult questions or participating in discussions.
  • Be courteous and kind.
  • Be ready to have fun.
  • Be ready to serve.
  • Clean after yourself and why not others too!
  • No rollerblading or skate boarding allowed.
  • All meetings and spiritual activities will be done in appropriate for church clothes. Also remember to pack your sense of humor.

Housing:

  • At departure, rooms must be cleaned and left in check-in-condition.
  • Occupants will be held financially responsible for any damages to the room occupied.
  • Please respect the peace and privacy of other occupants. Quiet time at 12:00 AM

Attire:

  • Bring clothing appropriate for church as well as clothing appropriate for outdor activities.
  • Appropriate attire is expected at all time. No shorts, sleeveless or halter-tops will be allowed during prayers and at Church.
  • No short shorts will be allowed during sports and free time activities.

Attendance:

  • Prompt attendance at every meeting is expected. Please respect the speakers and the others by being on time.

Behavior:

  • Christian behavior is required. Destructive, disorderly, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Inappropriate language is unacceptable.
  • The use of tobacco or alcohol is prohibited.

Not adhering to the rules will be grounds for immediate dismissal.
